INCITS/L8 is organized as:
Plenary Meetings (summaries, L8 and US TAG votes, organizational issues).  Chair: Dan Gillman; Vice Chair: Bruce Bargmeyer; International Representative: Frank Farance.
Technical Group for Technical Development (most of the technical development work).  The Chair is Judith Newton.
